YOGA IN VILLA EDEN RESORT
Unforgettable “symphony of mind body and soul”
Our yoga journey by "Territory Of Yoga" with
yoga army and my yoga guru Svetlana Maslennikova
at magic Italian Eden Hotel, to be continued ...

Every morning & every night during yoga practices I learn physical balance, which is definitely inextricably linked to mental balance.

Balance - as an indicator of human maturity, it is about going beyond extremes and bigotry. I was looking for someone to inspire me, motivate me, support me, keep me focused… Someone who would love me, cherish me, make me happy, and I realized all along that I was looking for myself.

Going to extremes is much easier than maintaining balance and developing in many ways.

Extremes are always simpler and more tempting. But in extremes there is always one-sidedness. It is much more difficult to keep the balance. Be wrong. Scorch. Falling as the only way to learn to balance on the rope of consciousness without falling.

Balance requires maximum awareness, sensitivity, wisdom and intuition.
Balance is a difficult but noble path. Life is getting up an hour earlier to live an hour more ... my Ayurvedic yoga before sunrise.
